Returns
Refund claims can be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. For initiating a refund claim, the buyer must first ship the item(s) to be refunded at the address "Supple Room LLP, Wagle Estate" through any courier service which has an online shipment tracking system. Supple Room shall not bear the cost of shipping for the returned item(s).You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
The buyer must email all details including the order number, email address, name of courier service used and web tracking number of item(s) shipped and submit it. Email address must be the same which was used to place the order. Refund shall be processed only if item(s) are shipped through courier service which can be tracked online and of which correct tracking number is submitted with the product return form.
On receipt of the item(s), it will be inspected for quality and usage. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must not be in used or damaged condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 of days of approval. Refunds are not allowed on item(s) purchased through gift cards or gift vouchers.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund even after 30 days of receiving approval email from us, first check your bank account or your credit card account.It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not allow exchanges. Full refunds limited to the net purchase price of item(s) after deducting promotions/discounts applied (if any) are allowed on approved claims.
